We have no doubt that this Wusaki Empty Bag is the perfect accessory for chefs on the go who need to carry their knives and tools in all safety. This bag is made of black polyester, which is a resistant material known for its great durability. The thickness of the bag ensures the safety of your knives. Despite its robustness, it remains a bag rather lightweight that won’t demand you to force your back every time you carry it.

It has 21 slots of 15cm of length that are distributed across the 4 different storage compartments. Each slot is closed with a small elastic band that secures each item in its place. The width of all the slots is not the same, as the bag proposes several sizes that adapts to the different sizes of your knives’ and utensils’ handles.

In 3 out of the 4 compartments or sections of the bag, there is a Velcro fastener that serves to fix and attach the blades of your longer knives so that they too remain still during transport. The only compartment that does not has a Velcro fastener has instead a flap that is attached with push buttons. The flap is actually perfect for the small utensils that are not long enough to be attached with the Velcro fastener.

When the bag is open, it measures 50 x 55 centimeters, and when the bag is closed, it measures only 30 x 50 centimeters, and thus it obtains an ideal size for making it transport easy and convenient. Closing the bag is actually very easy as it can be done with a zipper.

The bag has been carefully designed not only for the safety of your knives but also for your comfort. It has a robust handle that lets your grab the bag firmly and carry it as if it was a briefcase. However, if you prefere to go hands-free, you could then hang it around your should thanks to its adjustable strap.

Last but not least, the back of the bag has a large pocket that gives you even more storage space. In this pocket you could easily store additional accessories such as a recipe book, an apron, a notebook, or whatever you want. 

To wash this bag you simply need to soak it in lukewarm water with mild soap, and that’s it! If the bag gets a stain during a shift at the kitchen, you can clean just the stain by using a sponge.
