Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following professional tools cannot be returned:
- Baker lames (used for scoring bread)
- Apple corers (food-contact items)
- Any cutting boards or butcher blocks that show signs of use
- Opened packages of baking mats
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all included materials.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For PayPal payments: Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days
- For credit card payments: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request the item you wish to exchange for
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Shipping charges for the replacement item will apply unless the return was due to our error
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns outside the UK, any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective professional kitchen tool (such as a BergHOFF baking frame or Arcos knife):

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
